Barry and Linda Melloncamp of Vallonia plan to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with immediate family over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Barry and the former Linda Treadway were married Nov. 28, 1970, at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church at Wegan.

The couple are the parents of two children, Kristie (Ed) Farmer and Evan (Kathryn) Melloncamp. They have three grandchildren, Mackenzie (Jacob) Davidson, Carson Farmer and Taylor Stephens.

Linda is retired from the U.S. Postal Service and was the postmaster in Freetown.

Barry is retired from the U.S. Postal Service and farming.

Both are members of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church.
