Staff Management SMX and The Sunflower Studio are teaming up to help people in Seymour and Jackson County get their cars clean and help feed needy children in the process.

The business and nonprofit organization are joining forces to make sure children in Jackson County have enough to eat through the winter by hosting a charity car wash starting at 10 a.m. today in the parking lot of Taco Bell, 1509 E. Tipton St., Seymour.

The groups are looking for donations of items that could be used to make breakfast or lunch, like cereal, breakfast bars, oatmeal, macaroni and cheese, pasta and pasta sauce. Cash donations also will be accepted.
