The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees plans to meet in executive session at noon Monday in the Mary Schneck Conference Room of the Seymour hospital, 411 W. Tipton St.

The purpose of the executive session, closed to the public and press, is for discussion of strategy involving the initiation of litigation or pending/threatened litigation and the discussion and preparation of competitive marketing strategies.
