The bride-to-be is the daughter of Laura Collins of Medora and Shawn and Shelly Collins of Deputy. The groom-to-be is the son of Angie Gagner and Troy Dover of Seymour and Greg Collier of Seymour.

Shane is a 2010 graduate of Seymour High School and a 2011 graduate of Ivy Tech Community College. He is employed as an emergency medical technician.

Kimberly is a 2015 graduate of Jennings County High School and is employed at Particle Dynamics.
