Brooke Robertson and Jason Phelps recently announced their engagement.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Columbus North High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University in Greencastle. She received a master’s degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, where she has been appointed a clinical instructor. She is a pathologists’ assistant, PA (ASCP) at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and a contingency autopsy pathologists’ assistant at Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
She is the daughter of Bud and Angela Robertson of Columbus.
The future groom is a native of Colorado and a graduate of the University of Denver. He received a master’s degree in biomedical sciences from Regis University. He served as a combat medic in the U.S. Army and is currently a third-year student at Rush Medical College of Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.
He is the son of Dr. Amy and Dr. Dennis Phelps of Breckenridge, Colorado.
The wedding is planned for Feb. 29 in Columbus.
