The third and final Fit for Fun Friday is from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Friday at Crossroads Community Park in the 100 block of East Tipton Street in Seymour.

Those planning to attend should bring water to drink and wear comfortable exercise clothing.

There are no fitness level requirements to participate, and instructors will be on hand to educate the public on how to use the new fitness court equipment.

In the event of rain or storms, activities will be moved to CrossFit Seymour, 209 E. Second St.

Fit for Fun Friday is being offered through a partnership between the Seymour Parks and Recreation Department, Schneck Foundation, Fitness Courts, CrossFit Seymour, Healthy Jackson County, Jackson County 4-H and Seymour Main Street.
