Mr. William Steven Waggoner, 70 of Seymour, passed away at home on Saturday, June 29, 2019. He was born in Seymour to the late Orville and Mary (Keith) Waggoner Sr.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Voss & Sons Funeral Service. Burial will follow at Riverview.

Family and friends may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Tuesday after 9:00 a.m. until time of service.

On April 4, 1990, he married Dorothy (Edwards) Waggoner; she survives. Steve enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years Dorothy; children, Dorothy (Keith) Lillard, Carla Pettigrew, Brandi (Andy) Boyd and Tabitha (Mark) Payne; grandchildren, William Wills Jr., Tyler Wills, Taylor Wills, Hayle (Matt) Madden, Tyler Pettigrew, Sarah Pettigrew, John Boyd, Issac Payne, and Lathaniel Payne; 5 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Mary Pargin, Jeanie Crane, Elizabeth Waggoner, Roberta Waggoner, Jerry (Sue) Waggoner, Orville Waggoner Jr., and Robert (Shirley) Waggoner.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Roger Edwards; granddaughter, Brittany Wills; and siblings, Judy Moffatt and Joanne Waggoner.
