Skye Kaitlin Hendrix and Erik Jur Zakrzewski, both of Durham, North Carolina, were married at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, July 14, 2018, at St. Paul Lutheran Church Borchers with a reception that followed at the home of the bride’s parents. Pastor Stephen Wood officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Bryan and Ruth Ann Hendrix of Seymour, and the groom is the son of Rich and Trish Zakrzewski of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Attendants were Moriah Cragun of Lebanon, Jeff Gonzales of Santa Fe, New Mexico, Jackie Chanin of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Candi Blais of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, Jordana Hendrix of Wickenburg, Arizona, Jen Rompre of Washington, D.C., Adam Martinez of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jon Gillis of Ackworth, Georgia, Madeleine George of Lafayette and Julian Jiamachello of Durham, North Carolina.

Solomon, David and Joe Rust, all of Seymour, and Quentin George of St. Paul, Minnesota, were ushers.

Erik is a high school social studies teacher at Jordan High School in Durham, North Carolina. Skye is a financial analyst at Duke CE in Durham.
