Kelby Scrougham of Elizabethtown and Jeff Turmail of Vallonia plan to marry Saturday, June 30, 2018, at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Brownstown.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Steve and Vickie Scrougham of Elizabethtown. The future groom is the son of Randy Turmail and Jane Shoemaker, both of Vallonia.

Kelby is a 2013 graduate of Indiana State University. She is a communications coordinator at Indiana University Health Southern Indiana Physicians in Bloomington.

Jeff received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 2013 and master’s degree from Ball State University in 2018. He is employed as an assistant athletic director, history teacher and varsity girls basketball coach at Bloomington North High School.
