Actors Community Theater of Seymour plans to present the suspense comedy production of “I Bet Your Life” on March 31 and April 1, 7 and 8 at Shops at Seymour, 357 Tanger Blvd., Suite 208.

The play, written by Fred Carmichael and presented under special arrangement with Samuel French Inc., sees literary agent Greg Larson (portrayed by Jeremy Hendrix) trying to find a hired killer among the strangers attending a dinner party arranged by Greg’s friend and soap opera writer Matt Stoddard (Zach Thompson).

Greg’s secretary, Stacy Kingsley (Kathleen Baute), is caught in her loyalty to both Greg and Matt while helping uncover the possible hit man. Could it be the cook (Elyse McGill), the plumber (Brett Hays), the soap actress (Tracy Day-Vaughn), the folksy neighbors (Ashley Browning and Tim Gordon) or the strange, otherworldly authoress (Sherrie Wittenbring)?

Doors open at 7 p.m., and the show begins at 7:30 p.m. each night. Seating is limited to 50 patrons per night.

The cost is $12 per person and may be purchased by credit or debit card online at seymouracts.ticketleap.com or can be reserved by texting or calling 812-498-2127.
