Harold “Reggie” Ewing, 59, of Salem, passed away Thursday, March 9, 2017, at Scott Memorial Hospital in Scottsburg.

Born Sept. 14, 1957, in Salem, he was the son of Elzie R. and Patricia L. Harlen Ewing.

He was an employee of GKN.

Survivors include his wife, Cindy Hall Ewing, who he married July 3, 2000; a son, Reggie Lee Ewing of Salem; two daughters, Cassandra Dee Ann Ewing Tatlock of Crothersville and Elizabeth Ewing of Salem; two stepsons, Carl Bevers and Steven Bevers, both of Seymour; a brother, Randy Ewing of Salem; two sisters, Cathy Pumphrey and Carasena Shields, both of Salem; an uncle, Willie Harlen of Salem; 17 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Weathers Funeral Home in Salem. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. until time of service Monday at the funeral home.
