Danny L. and Jan Senn celebrated their 50th anniversary in late July with a cruise to Alaska.

The couple were married Oct. 2, 1965, at Bethany Baptist Church in Crothersville.

A family dinner was conducted by their children at Rails Craft Brew and Eatery in Seymour.

The couple have four children, Tracy (Rick) Westfall, Teri (Scott Weihe) Trimnell and Jason (Christie) Senn, all of Seymour, and Patrick Senn of Columbus; eight grandchildren, Matthew and Brittany Trimnell, Carlee and Haley Westfall and Jacob, Colin, Brandon and Cameron Senn.

She is a part-time cashier for Walmart.

He is retired from the insurance business and drives a tour bus for Miller Transportation in Indianapolis.
