Jodi Lynn Proffitt and Jason LeRoyce Messer, both of Seymour, plan to marry at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 26, 2015, at Seymour Christian Church, with the reception to follow at the church.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Robin Bode of Seymour and the late John Proffitt, while the future groom is the son of Rebecca Hubbard of Borden and Marvin Messer of Fort Myers, Florida.

She graduated from Seymour High School and MedTech and is employed with Dollar General in lead sales.

He graduated from Paoli High School and is employed with Kremers Urban Pharmaceuticals.

Both are members of Seymour Christian Church.
