VERSAILLES

Ted Spurlock, 70, of Versailles, died at 8 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 8, 2015, at his home.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Spurlock of Versailles; two sons, Shannon (Connie) Spurlock of Woodstock, Georgia, and Darren (Melissa) Spurlock of Hamilton, Ohio; a brother, Joe (Carol) Spurlock of North Vernon; four sisters, Carol (Don) Layman and Katie (Canden) Nelson, both of North Vernon, Mary Lou Pyles of Westport, and Marcia Clarkson of Franklin; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services with the Rev. Mike Cantrell officiating. Burial will be in Vernon Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today and one hour prior to the funeral on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to First Baptist Church of Versailles or Margaret Mary Hospice of Batesville.
