Sallyann Costello, 73, of Seymour, died Friday, Feb. 6, 2015, at Scott Memorial Hospital in Scottsburg.

Survivors include two sons, Frank Costello Jr. and Kenneth (Catherine) Costello of Ticonderoga, New York; daughter, Sallyann (Kevin) Lawrence of Maple Shade, New Jersey; two sisters, Charlene Brewer of North Vernon, and Alice Fagan of Philadelphia; two brothers, Charles William Moyer of Philadelphia, and Percy Moyer of Seymour; grandchildren, Kenneth Costello Jr., Anthony and Ashley Costello, Danna Wilson, John and Paul Gilchrist, and Brittany Ragan; and several great-grandchildren.

She is survived locally by Michael (Shavonne) Moyer, Ray (Connie) Adcox and Sandra (Chet) Cockerham.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Debra Gilchrist.

The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. today at Sawyer–Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service with the Rev. Larry Robbins officiating. Interment will be in Vernon Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the service today.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Red Sky Animal Rescue or Seymour Harvest Church.
