NORTH VERNON

Charles Wayne Perry, 50, of North Vernon, died at 2:48 p.m. Monday, Feb. 2, 2015, at Columbus Regional Hospital.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Perry of North Vernon; a son, Charlie Perry of North Vernon; two daughters, Chasity Woodward of North Vernon, and Nikki Hobbs of Oklahoma; five brothers, John (Kim) Phelps, Tim (Tammy) Phelps, Robert (Nancy) Perry, Terry (Diane) Perry and Art (Jan) Perry, all of North Vernon; and five grandchildren.

The funeral service will be at 5 p.m. Friday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon with the Rev. Richard Burcham officiating.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until time of service Friday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home for expenses.
