Former U.S. Congressman and Seymour native Baron Hill, Indiana District 40 Sen. Shelli Yoder and the Indiana Democratic Party will continue their American Rescue Plan Tour this week, including a stop Wednesday in Seymour.
Hill and Yoder will visit Larrison’s Diner, 200 S. Chestnut St., from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. with remarks expected around 11:45 a.m.
The tour is a statewide campaign to help deliver information about President Joe Biden and the Democrats’ COVID-19 relief package and how it’s helping all of Indiana’s 92 counties and its communities put the pandemic in the rear-view mirror, according to a news release.
The tour also will stop in Clark and Johnson counties Wednesday.
