Seymour native named VP of Alabama Panhellenic Association

The University of Alabama Panhellenic Association has announced the 12 women chosen to serve on the 2023-24 executive council.

Amongst them is Seymour native Kaylee Waskom, who has been selected as vice president of administration. Installation of officers took place at a ceremony Nov. 13.

The university’s Panhellenic Association is comprised of nearly 10,000 women, making it the largest of its kind in the nation. They promote excellence in academics, campus involvement and community service and are committed to the vision of creating young women of distinction.

Waskom, a sophomore at the university, is a member of Delta Zeta sorority, Order of Omega honor society and the Carl A. Elliott Society. She is enrolled in the honors college and majoring in history on a pre-law track.
