The Jackson County Plan Commission will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Jackson County Courthouse, 111 S. Main St., Brownstown.

Applicant Jason Long is petitioning for a special exception to operate a commercial self-storage business on a 1.40-acre parcel in a general business zoning district.

Long is proposing to construct three 20-by-130-foot units at 10350 N. U.S. 31 in Redding Township.

The meeting is open to the public and press.
