Join READ Jackson County at 2 p.m. April 1 for a fun afternoon of painting in Room 103 inside the Jackson County Learning Center, 323 Dupont Drive, Seymour.

Participants will paint spring flowers.

Tickets are $35 per person with all proceeds going to fund READ Jackson County’s literacy programs, which include Read Rockets, Babies Books and Blankets, Little Free Libraries, advanced conversational English classes and adult literacy tutoring.

Beverages and snacks will be provided. Seating is limited to 20.
