The Seymour Plan Commission will meet at 5 p.m. Thursday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The agenda includes Jigar Patel requesting a land use variance at 207 E. 13th St. to have two residential structures on one lot. There is an existing building on the property that will be turned into an apartment.

The other agenda item is Cornwell Construction LLC requesting to rezone the property at 1341 W. Second St. from R-2 (multifamily residential) to R-3 (multiple-family residential) to build new duplexes consisting of 20 units.
