The Humane Society of Jackson County is presenting the My Furry Valentine silent auction and dessert auction from 1 to 3 p.m. Feb. 5 in the conference room at the Community Foundation of Jackson County, 107 Community Drive, Seymour.

Organizers say there will be a lot of items to bid on and a lot of desserts to enjoy. This will be the nonprofit organization’s first in-person My Furry Valentine since 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Tickets at the door will be a freewill donation. All proceeds will benefit the homeless animals in Seymour.

Anyone unable to attend but would like to make a donation can mail it to Humane Society of Jackson County, P.O. Box 135, Seymour, IN 47274.
