
The Jackson County Chamber will host a lunch and learn covering the basics of leasing commercial retail/office space in today’s marketplace.
The event will be held at noon Dec. 15 at the chamber office, 105 S. Chestnut St., Seymour.
Questions will be answered in regard to various lease types and provide helpful tips whether a landlord or a tenant. Helpful advice will be given from an experienced a real estate broker and attorney who are experienced in commercial real estate.
