The Seymour Department of Public Works recently announced leaf pickup will be coming to an end on Friday.
Any leaves remaining will need to be bagged by residents for collection by the city’s yard waste crew.
Leaf vacuums run the day after regular trash pickup in your area, so the city asks you to have your leaves ready by 7 a.m.
When raking leaves to the curb, avoid storm drains and putting leaves near trash cans and parked vehicles.
The city also is asking city residents to keep limbs, plants, trash, recyclables, toys and other items out of leaf piles.
