Build a snow dog during library workshops

The Jackson County Public Library is offering free Noah’s Ark Animal Workshop programs for children ages 2 to 12.

Participants will build a stuffed snow dog friend to take home. Each participant also will receive a copy of “Fly Guy Presents: Dogs” by Tedd Arnold.

Registration is required, and space is limited in these programs sponsored by Friends of the Jackson County Public Library.

The programs are at 4 p.m. Dec. 5 at the Crothersville Library (registration starts at noon today; limit 15) and at 4 p.m. Dec. 8 at the Medora Library (registration starts at noon Tuesday; limit 10).

Three programs will be at the Seymour Library: 10:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Dec. 15 (limit 30 each session) and 4:30 p.m. Dec. 16 (limit 20). Registration for these sessions starts at 9:30 a.m. Dec. 1.
