The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees will meet at 8 p.m. Monday in the boardroom at the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.

The meeting is open to the public and press.

The board also will meet in executive session at 7 p.m. to discuss pending or threatened litigation strategy, discuss recruitment of health care providers, engage in strategic planning and discuss information and intelligence intended to prevent, mitigate or respond to threat of terrorism. That session is closed to the public and press.
