
The Seymour City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.
The agenda includes the second reading of ordinances to appropriate American Rescue Plan funds to Sweet Cheeks Diaper Pantry, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1925, The Arc of Jackson County, American Legion Post 89, Immanuel Lutheran Child Care Ministry, Seymour Water Pollution Control, Seymour Department of Public Works, Seymour Police Department, Seymour Fire Department and Seymour Parks and Recreation Department.
There also will be the second reading of an ordinance to amend the city’s local ARP fund allocation plan and introduction of a resolution approving certain matters in connection with the establishment of an economic development area and an allocation area and approval of an economic development plan for that area.
Also to be introduced are a resolution approving certain matters in connection with the reimbursement of expenditures relating to sewage works bonds and an ordinance providing for redistricting in compliance with Indiana Code.
