Plan commission to hear rezone request for townhouses

The Seymour Plan Commission will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The only agenda item is Arthur Properties Inc. requesting to rezone the property at 222 Marley Lane from R-1 (single-family residential) to R-3 (one-, two- or three-family residential). The company has purchased the property and wants to tear the house down and build townhouses.
