The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees will meet at 8 p.m. Monday in the boardroom at the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.
The meeting is open to the public and press.
There also will be an executive session, closed to the public and press, at 7 p.m. to discuss pending or threatened litigation strategy, engage in strategic planning and discuss information and intelligence intended to prevent, mitigate or respond to threat of terrorism.
