FREETOWN

Larry L. Bundy, 58, of Freetown, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2022, at his home surrounded by family and friends. He was a member of Our Lady of Providence in Brownstown and the American Legion of Seymour. He was co-owner/operator of Bundy Brothers in Medora. Larry enjoyed IU football and basketball, the Green Bay Packers, traveling, and was very passionate about his family &friends.

Larry was born on June 4, 1964, in Seymour, IN to Leland R. &Patricia (Speckner) Bundy. He was a 1982 graduate of Brownstown Central High School and a 1986 graduate of Purdue University. On September 17, 1994, at Our Lady of Providence, he married Lizbeth L. (Hash) Bundy, and she survives in Freetown.

Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Beth; mother, Patricia Bundy; brother, Mike (Beth) Bundy; nephew, Ethan Bundy; uncle/aunt, Dave &Peggy (Speckner) Meyer.

Larry was preceded in death by his grandparents: Michael &Jesse (Hubbard) Speckner &Leland &Florence (Jackson) Bundy; father, Leland Jr. Bundy; aunt/uncle, Virginia &Jonathan Robertson.

Funeral services for Larry will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 29, 2022, at Johnson Funeral Home, Vallonia with Rev. Dan Staublin officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Vallonia Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given Medora Goes Pink or to the Donor’s Choice.
