Ivy Tech Community College will host a special enrollment event for new students from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Columbus campus, 4475 Central Ave.

No registration is required, and individuals are welcome to walk in for service.

The event provides prospective students the opportunity to apply and begin the enrollment process to start taking classes Oct. 24. New students may receive assistance with financial aid, learn about academic programs and more at the event.

The Columbus campus offers academic programs in many career fields, including agriculture, aviation, advanced manufacturing, business, education, engineering, health care and information technology.

Moravec Hall, the campus’ new state-of-the-art educational experience, opened this fall. It features health care simulation labs, advanced technology in the classroom and welcoming spaces for students to study and socialize.

The college offers five start dates throughout the year, including Oct. 24. Individuals who cannot attend the special enrollment event are welcome to apply online at ivytech.edu/applynow or visit the campus at any time during business hours to begin the enrollment process.
