SEYMOUR

Jerry Whitson, 81, of Seymour, Indiana, passed away on June 21, 2022, at Schneck Medical Center. On June 17, 1941, he was born in Seymour to the late Robert and Agnes Whitson.

Jerry is a member of the Eagle’s Club of Seymour, Indiana. He loved to fish and most of all loved his family.

He is survived by his son, Evan Whitson; his sister Connie (Jerry) Maschino his sister-in-law, Bonnie Whitson; his brother-in-law, Jim Hollis; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert, and Agnes Whitson; his son, Matt Whitson; two brothers, Junior Whitson, and Judas Whitson; and two sisters, Kathryn Decker, and Elsie Hollis.

Visitation will be held at Voss and Sons Funeral Service on Friday, June 24, 2022, from 1-2pm. Graveside will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
