ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky.

Judy Louise Vanhentenrcyk, passed away November 4, 2021 in Elizabethtown KY.

She was Born March 24th, 1945 in Seymour, IN. Daughter to Everett and Lois (Larrison) Allman.

Judy married George Vanhentenryck on October 19th, 1965, who survives.

Judy spent the majority of her early years working for Poplar Street, then Larrison’s Diner. Most would remember how quick she was to serve you with sarcasm. She later retired from Wal-Mart working at Radio Grill, the jewelry department, and lastly in clothing.

When she wasn’t busy working she enjoyed -her coffee while watching game shows, doing crosswords, playing scrabble, her babies(dogs), and grandkids.

Survivors Include:

Siblings: Charlotte aka Susie (Jerry) Hill, Nancy (Jerry) Murphy, and Joe Allman.

Half Sibling: Marilyn Foster

Children: Mica (Gary) Cecil, Richard Vanhentenryck, and George Vanhentenryck III.

Grandchildren: Bambi (Doug) Hatfield, Tessa (Travis) Anderson, Sarah (Clayton) Hodapp.

Several Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great Great.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Siblings, Earl Allman, Harry “Butch” Allman, and Johnny Engleking. Half Siblings, Everett, Donny, Roland, and Janet Allman.

Judy’s wishes were to be cremated, and a celebration of life will be Friday November 19th from 6-8p at Larrison’s Diner.
