Crothersville Historical and Cultural Arts Association will be serving beans and cornbread at 5 p.m. Oct. 30 at Hamacher Hall, 211 E. Howard St.
Donations to help with expenses for the upkeep of Hamacher Hall will be accepted. There also will be treats for kids who stop by between 6 and 9 p.m. during trick-or-treat night in Crothersville.
Other community activities include Crothersville-Vernon Township Volunteer Fire Department serving chili at the fire station and a Halloween costume judging contest to be held at the Bard Street Park.
