The Indiana Department of Transportation announced permanent striping was scheduled to begin Tuesday night on U.S. 50 in Seymour.

Crews are expected to be active from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. over the next two weeks, weather and temperature permitting. Once striping is complete, signal loops will be activated.

Motorists should continue to follow the 35 mph speed limit and use extra caution when traveling through the construction zone.
