Jackson County Invasive Partnership holding native plant sale

The Jackson County Invasive Partnership group is holding a native plant sale now until July 30.

Shrubs (Pasture Rose, Buttonbush, Spicebush and Elderberry) will sell for $35, trees (Black Gum, Redbud and Sassafras) will sell for $43 and a package of flower seeds that include Butterfly Weed, Prairie Blazingstar, Lanceleaf Coreopsis and Foxglove Beardtongue will sell for $4 per package of seed.

Money must accompany order forms. Orders will not be placed without payment. Order forms can be emailed to you or you can stop by the office at 1350 Woodside Drive, Brownstown.

Orders will be available Sept. 16 or 18 to pick up at the Jackson-Washington State Forest office. Times are listed on the order form.
