Brenda Marlene Miller Allman, 58, of Brownstown, passed away on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, in Seymour, Indiana. She was born July 24, 1962, in Seymour, Indiana the daughter of James E. Miller and Agnes M. Russell Miller. On May 5, 1995 at the Full Gospel Tabernacle Church, she married Samuel L. Allman who survives.

Mrs. Allman was a member and pastor’s wife of the Full Gospel Apolistic Tabernacle Church. Brenda was a 1986 graduate of Indiana State University of Terre Haute with a degree in nursing. She was employed at Columbus Regional Hospital as a Certified Rehab Rehabilitation Registered Nurse. She enjoyed fishing, was an excellent seamstress, played the bass guitar and was a superb vocalist. Spending time cooking for her grandchildren gave her great joy.

Brenda adored her husband Sam whom she tenderly called her “Little Indian Boy”. She was known and loved by many. She fulfilled the scriptures of Proverbs Chapter 31 10-31 and was truly a woman of honor and lived what she believed.

Brenda is survived by her husband, Samuel, 4 children, Bradlee S. (Emily) Allman, Samuel L. (Ivy) Allman Jr., Angel D. Allman, and Lenny M. (Shannon) Baird, 10 grandchildren, Evelynn and Bryant Allman, Lincoln, Paisley, and Stella Allman, Jordan and Tyler Woods, and Brendon, Maura, and Sage Baird, brothers, Donald (Cathie) Miller, Roger (Fay) Miller, and Billy Miller, sisters, Rebecca (Dennis) Wheeler, Sandra (James) Caudill, and Deborah (Tony) Jones.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers Johnnie Miller and Ronnie Miller and one sister Darlene Monroe.

Services will be conducted Saturday, June 12, 2021 at 10:00 am at Winklepleck & Brock Funeral Home, Brownstown, Indiana. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Friends and family may call at on Friday, June 11, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and on Saturday, June 12, 2021 from 9:00 am until time of service.
