The Seymour Area Farmers Market will conduct its annual vendor registration event from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Jan. 25 at the Seymour Chamber of Commerce, 105 S. Chestnut St.
Returning vendors and anyone interested in learning more about selling at the market may attend and submit registration forms.
Market Manager Jo Boehlke will be available to answer questions and accept registrations and payments. Each vendor will receive the 2021 vendor handbook.
Vendor attendance is not required, and alternatively, vendors may print registration forms and the handbook online at seymourchamber.com/farmers-market and submit them to the chamber by mail.
The regular market season will open at 8 a.m. May 29 and take place each Saturday through October.
Vendors also have the opportunity to register for the winter market and regular season at a discounted price. The winter market is scheduled from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month from November to April in the outdoor farmers market lot on Walnut Street.
Items currently offered at the winter market include pork lamb, chicken, turkey, beef, eggs, whole-wheat flour, popcorn, lettuce, various cool season produce, baked goods and handmade candles and soaps.
