AARP Indiana hosting tele-town hall today

AARP has been working to promote the health and well-being of older Americans for more than 60 years.

In the face of the COVID-19 outbreak, AARP is providing information and resources to help older people and those caring for them protect themselves from the virus and prevent it from spreading to others.

As part of those efforts, AARP Indiana is hosting a tele-town hall with members from across the state. Dr. Jennifer Sullivan, secretary of Indiana’s Family and Social Services Administration; Dr. Steven Counsell, the FSSA’s Division of Aging medical director; Sarah Fenner, the FSSA Division of Aging’s director; and AARP Indiana State Director Sarah Waddle will participate.

The session is set for 10 to 11 a.m. today. To listen, call 877-229-8493 and enter the pin 13906 or visit facebook.com/aarpindiana.

Questions to be asked are reserved for AARP Indiana members on the call.
