SEYMOUR

Mr. Kyle Scott Curry, 59 of Seymour, passed away unexpectedly at home. He was born in Seymour in 1960, the son of Jerry and Dorla Curry, both precede him in death.

Funeral services will be held at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Monday, April 13 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Andrew Currao officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery. A live stream of the service will be available on the Voss Funeral Service Facebook page. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Kyle worked at Seymour Ace Hardware for thirty years and knew practically everyone in town. He never knew a stranger. Kyle was kind, caring and willing to lend a hand to anyone, anytime. A few of his favorite things included watching the races and spending time outside on his porch swing, taking a drive, going to the casino, he played guitar and enjoyed listening to music (rock). Also, he loved breakfast…Larrisons’ or Townhouse and Cracker Barrel were in the rotation for sure.

He was a loving father, son, grandfather, brother and friend. He will be missed by many, that goes without saying.

Kyle is survived by his children, Kelly (Ryan) Williams, Kimberly Curry (Cody Schwade); grandchildren, Caleb, Delaney and Eli Williams; sister, Kristin (Audie) Miller; brother, Kevin (Sue) Curry; aunts, Betty Jo “Joby” Moore and Jackie (Keith) Perry; nephew, Keenan Miller; nieces, Asia Miller, Stacy Curry and Emily Curry as well as several cousins.

Memorials may be written to American Heart Association, Immanuel Lutheran School, Trinity Lutheran High School or charity of choice, in care of Voss & Sons Funeral Service.

Online condolences may be given on the funeral home website at www.vossfuneralservice.com.
