Mrs. Sandra Doris “Sandy” Caudill, 68, of Brownstown, passed away Monday, August 19, 2019 at Schneck Medical Center. She was born in Morgantown, KY to the late David Hartis, Sr. and June (Harper) Humphrey.

Funeral services will be at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Thursday, August 22 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Van Breeding officiating. Burial will follow at Valley Home Old Regular Baptist Church Cemetery.

Family and friends may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m. until time of service.

On July 3, 1976, in Morgantown, KY, she married Dan Caudill; he survives. She had been an LPN at Hoosier Christian Village for over 29 years; she enjoyed caring for others. She was a member of Apostolic Pentecostal Tabernacle and enjoyed cooking for Indiana Bible College. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, singing and cooking for others. She was known for her cinnamon rolls. She especially loved spending time with her family.

Sandy is survived by her husband of 43 years; mother; children, Dana Jones, Deana Sheaffer, Danny Caudill II, Jason (Sarah) Caudill, Jeremy (Leslie) Caudill, Adam Caudill; grandchildren, Daniel and John Andrew Jones, Danny, Blythe and Blaze Caudill, Bryce Sheaffer, Hayden, Mazie, Charlie, Jack and Lucy Caudill, Austin Hatfield, Peyton Caudill; great-grandchildren, Brylee Sheaffer and Kyler Sheaffer; sisters, Gayle (Connie) Milan, Debi (Kevin) Phelps and Angie (Gary) Lee.

She was preceded in death by her father; and brother, David “Junior” Hartis.
