SEYMOUR
Shirley Ann Davidson, 71, of Seymour, passed away at Majestic Care of North Vernon on July 14, 2019. She was born in Jackson County, Indiana on July 30, 1947 to Doyle J. and Geraldine V. Spray Engle.
Shirley grew up in Freetown, Indiana and attended Freetown High School. In her earlier years she worked several jobs but primarily was a homemaker. She was always happy and loved to make people smile. Her loves included IU Basketball and Elvis Presley.
Surviving to cherish her memories are her children, Traci Jarrett, James Jarrett and Jeanna Shepard; her brothers, Arnold E. Engle, Gary J. Engle and Ronnie Engle. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Dustin Jarrett, Brittnie Fischer, Chance Fischer, Erika Durham, Dayshah Durham Nelson, Kyla Shepard, Shellbie Shepard and Jaylin Shepard; as well as great-grandchildren, Maddix Branaman, Sebastian Dodds, Annabelle Durham and Jackson Wilkerson.
A graveside service will be held 10 AM Monday, July 22, 2019 at Acme Cemetery.
