A free ice cream social for area residents is set for 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at Hamacher Hall, 111 E. Howard St., Crothersville.
This annual July event is sponsored by the Crothersville Historical and Cultural Arts Association and will feature ice cream in your choice of cone, dish or sundae or perhaps even a banana split.
All are welcome, but children must be accompanied by an adult.
