The Sauers Extension Homemakers Club met June 11 at the home of Joyce Hackman.
Members shared pictures of their wedding for roll call.
Hackman gave devotions entitled “Heavenly Perspective.”
The fall district meeting will be Sept. 6 at Brownstown Christian Church.
Mildred Fenneberg gave a citizenship lesson about “Women’s Lib.”
Hackman will be on the 2019 picnic committee.
Mya Eglen became a new member. President Ileen Nehrt read a humorous reading for closing.
Dolores Eggersman received the hostess gift. Fenneberg won a prize for guessing the number of rice kernels in a bag.
The hostess served cherry delight, chips and drinks.
