Three Brownstown churches are joining together for a summer vacation Bible school program.
"First Century Nazareth Village" will be presented June 30 at Brownstown Presbyterian Church, 417 N. Elm St., Brownstown. Registration will be from 1 to 1:30 p.m., and the program will go from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m.
All ages are welcome up to adults, who will experience Bible times and stroll through the marketplace of the Nazareth village. Local craftsmen and artists will present their talents as everyone strolls through the village in typical dress attire of Jesus’ time.
A meal will follow the event at 5:30 p.m. in the church basement.
Everyone is asked to bring canned goods or money for a local food pantry.
Churches sponsoring the event are Brownstown Baptist, Presbyterian and United Methodist.
