The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees plans to meet at 7:45 p.m. Monday in the boardroom of the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.
Board meetings are open to the public and press.
Trustees also plan to meet in executive session at 7 p.m. Monday to discuss strategy for the purchase or lease of real property. The board also will discuss and prepare competitive marketing strategies and to engage in strategic planning.
