Due to a reporter’s error, there was incorrect information in the article “Free meals offered to kids this summer” that ran in Tuesday’s issue of The Tribune.

Free hot lunches for all children age 18 or younger will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. beginning Monday at the Jackson County Public Library in Seymour as part of the federally funded Summer Food Service Program through Seymour Community School Corp.

Other hot meal sites, which serve breakfast and lunch, include Margaret R. Brown Elementary School, Seymour Middle School and Seymour High School.

Breakfast is from 7:40 to 8:40 a.m. at the high school and from 8 to 9 a.m. at the middle school and Brown Elementary. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Meals will be served Monday through Friday through July 26 with the exception of Independence Day on July 4.

Adult meals can be purchased for $3.
