The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees plans to meet at 8 p.m. Monday in the boardroom of the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.
Board meetings are open to the public and press.
Trustees also plan to meet in executive session at 7 p.m. Monday for discussion of strategy related to the purchase or lease of property by the governing body, to discuss and prepare competitive marketing strategies and to engage in strategic planning.
