City to close Freeman Avenue for sewer work
Atlas Excavating will be performing sewer work on Freeman Avenue in Seymour beginning Monday.
Work will begin at Walnut Street and continue east. It is expected to be completed by late June.
Freeman Avenue will be closed block by block as work progresses; however, residents will have access to their homes, and school buses and trash trucks will be allowed to pass.
Fliers are being distributed to residents in the affected area.
