Road lane restriction on South O’Brien Street
Beginning Monday, there will be lane restrictions on South O’Brien Street in Seymour from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The restriction will run from the north side of Tipton Street at Circle Street, cross Tipton and continue south to Village Circle Avenue near the railroad crossing.
Weather permitting, the work is expected to be completed by 5 p.m. May 10.
According to the contractor, Intren, the lane closure is necessary in order to pull continuous electric lines through the new larger Duke Energy poles that have been installed along the route.
